Pride in teaching the game, mentoring, and leading by example.
I believe the purpose of basketball, teaches us the importance of mistake recovery, success building, pursuing something more then ourselves, celebrating "success", identifying strengths and weaknesses, and smiling about the joys that have been given to us. Yet it is important to teach the fundamentals, channeling it to look forward to creating success for tomorrow and knowing everyday is a gift. I coach to help change kids lives and teach girls how to become hard working young women.

Over the past 30+ years, my wife, Kim, and I have been very involved in our children’s activities and sporting events. Each of the three kids participated in multiple sports throughout their four years of high school. Each then had the opportunity to take their talents to the collegiate level. Coach Fyfe has a great understanding of juggling multi-sport athletes as well as the need for extended training to achieve athletic goals and dreams.
Pat Doyle
Head Strength Coach
Love my family that allows me to spend all the time that I do with the Islander Power program and our Islander athletes. Thank you to my amazing wife Ashley, my son Jameson (4), and my daughter Hayden (1). Love training, hunting, golf, baseball, all other sports and most importantly, spending time with my family.
My true approach to training is to come with a great attitude, effort, intent, and attention to detail. The rest will take care of itself. Love the training process, do all the little things right, and it will love you back. Be the best person you can be, work relentlessly hard, and earn everything. #ConsistencyWins
