September is here! We have made it through the first month of school and our students are diving into their routines. Please keep an eye out for Speech and Language notes that are sent home weekly. These notes may come home in their communication binders, others will have individual slips of paper that come home in their backpacks. Each month, there will be a new calendar in their notebooks. This is a great way to use new core vocabulary words throughout the week. Please take a look at the calendars and try and use their words in some way each week. This month we will be planting in the garden. If you have an extra seeds you would like to send in, we would love to use them. We will be learning about planting, gardening, leaves, and fall. Hopefully the weather starts to cool down!
