SEPTEMBER 10-12 7pm and matinee Sept 12 at 2pm
Running from September 10–12, this year's production features an incredible collection of ten unique plays, with five distinct shows alternating each performance night. Behind the scenes, our student directors and production teams are working tirelessly this week to polish all the details. One of the most magical moments of the entire process has been watching the rehearsal space when student playwrights see their shows for the first time. The room fills with joy as these writers experience their own written words transformed into living, breathing action on stage. Performances will take place at the Allen, Earl, & Grgich Theatre (Room 7110). Showtimes include evening performances at 7:00 PM next Thursday through Saturday, alongside a special matinee at 2:00 PM on Saturday. Tickets are just $5 and can be purchased directly at the door or online ahead of time via GoFan. Information for all our crew, cast, and team can be found in the link above. Seating is limited, so be sure to secure your tickets early to support our hard-working students.

About the Play:
Kaya’s tiny family is in crisis: her beloved brother has been lost to a war, and she and her father are furious at each other. And then… a meteor lands in Kaya’s softball glove, yanking her into another dimension where time works differently. This strange world is full of predators and time-shifting traps. To survive, Kaya must find the possible in an impossible world. Will she survive the journey home, or be lost in time forever?
This production showcases the incredible leadership of Highland students, featuring student-driven work and creativity across all areas. Audiences will experience original puppetry, transforming set designs, and elaborate fantasy costumes built from scratch by our talented design teams.
