Getting Rid of the Black Box

If you see a black box where there should be a video or interactive graphic, it is most likely an issue with the newest version of Google Chrome. The developers are working on a permanent fix.

For now, you can press Ctrl + or Ctrl - (to zoom in our out the page) and the item should appear.
