In 4th grade Tech Lab, we continue building typing speed and keep a focus on hand placement to build that muscle memory. Students update and add to their Digital Portfolios that are emailed to parents through creating their Google Sites! In 4th grade, we complete online training in online safety and digital wellness , where students have the opportunity to receive a digital certificate to show their proficiency. In addition, throughout the year students will learn to use Google Slides effectively, build on their coding skills, and create digital media with Canva!
Students are able to access their Type Club at home if they would like some additional practice or to show their typing skills!
