Do you qualify?

Yes, if 

1. • You live in GHURA Public Housing (your name is on the lease),

   • You do not have a reliable car or ride, and

   • You need a ride for:

     1. GHURA office visit, 

     2. Doctor or health help, 

     3. Government aid, 

     4. Court or probation, 

     5. School (GDOE) meeting

Who needs a pass? 

1. Ages 0-5 years old: 

   • Ride FREE. No pass needed.

   • Must ride with adult.

2. Ages 6-9 years old:

   • Need pass.

   • Must ride with adult.

3. Ages 10 years and older: 

   • Need pass.

   • No adult required. 

How to Request a Pass

3 Ways to to Request:

1. Visit your AMP office – fill out a paper form. 

2. Use Google Form: https://forms.gle/K9rsHVuRCXz7W11t9

3. Email rsc@ghura.org. 

Tell Us:

1. Names of people needing pass. (must listed on your GHURA lease.)

2. Dates you need the pass.

3. Purpose (see approved uses). 

4. Pickup or home delivery? 

What Happens Next:

1. Staff verifies your information. Only residents listed on your lease qualify.

2. We'll call if more info needed, when ready, and pickup options.

3. Get at AMP office, PH-Resident Services Center (RSC) OR home delivery (Wednesdays only—then to AMP office or RSC).
