Free GRTA bus passes for GHURA public housing residents who need help getting to important appointments.
Yes, if
You live in GHURA Public Housing (your name is on the lease),
You do not have a reliable car or ride, and
You need a ride for:
GHURA office visit,
Doctor or health help,
Government aid,
Court or probation,
School (GDOE) meeting
Ages 0-5 years old:
Ride FREE. No pass needed.
Must ride with adult.
Ages 6-9 years old:
Need pass.
Must ride with adult.
Ages 10 years and older:
Need pass.
No adult required.
3 Ways to to Request:
Visit your AMP office – fill out a paper form.

Tell Us:
Names of people needing pass. (must listed on your GHURA lease.)
Dates you need the pass.

What Happens Next:
Staff verifies your information. Only residents listed on your lease qualify.
We'll call if more info needed, when ready, and pickup options.
Get at AMP office, PH-Resident Services Center (RSC) OR home delivery (Wednesdays only—then to AMP office or RSC).
Help us keep this program fair for all:
Use passes ONLY for approved trips (GHURA, doctor, medical, court, school). Appointment cards, notices or similar documents may be requested to confirm your bus pass request.
Misuse will not be tolerated – it may suspend passes for your household.
Home delivery: Adult on lease MUST sign. We never leave passes at doors.
All requests are reviewed. False information affects future help.
