FIC Overview
The Foreperson Installation Checklist (FIC) is a tool Sunrun uses to gather required installation photos and documentation. The process documents the installation journey by answering a series of questions, usually through photos taken on-site. The photos and information are used to verify standard operating procedures (SOPs), asses quality, and assign assets by other departments to successfully complete other necessary steps along the solar and storage journey.

RunX Training: For Users who haven't yet logged in/completed RunX, they can also login to RunX by following the steps below:
1. Reset your password at RunX
2. Enter your username = (your email)
3. Select: Forgot Your Password
4. Log in using your email address and new password at Sunrun Online Learning
5. Select "Click Here to Start Your Training"
Once you complete the training(s), you will receive your login credentials to the SunRun portal within 24-48 business hours.
Confirm that these reps have completed their RunX training, set up MFA, and verified Recheck
If they have never logged in their account may be deactivated!
