The school counselor helps to implement staff and student procedures, campus areas of focus, and campus academic and social design, as well as provides feedback about the implementation of calming kits, mood meters, and the different facets of CKH, emergent tree and learner profile at our school. The school counselor asks for staff feedback through google forms twice during the school year in order to help brainstorm ideas for both students and staff, provide feedback for the counseling monthly newsletters, and assists with reviewing and analyzing data collected from our Student Experience Surveys (SES). These efforts are instrumental in fostering a healthy culture and climate at Village. The school counselor and the admin team help with identifying campus needs and brainstorming approaches to best support students, families, and staff at Village through the counseling office.

This artifact is Purl Elementary School Principal Agreement. The purpose of this agreement is to create a collaborative and mutually understood plan for the counseling program. It allows the Purl Elementary School Counselor and campus administration to discuss and agree upon specific program goals, how to achieve those goals, how the Purl Elementary School Counselor's time will be used efficiently, and what tangible resources are needed to successfully support all scholars in alignment with such goals.
