All online forms for the 24 - 25 school year may be found at georgetownisd.rankone.com. Parents may begin filling out those online forms for the 24-25 school year beginning on May 1. 2024. 

Tips: 

• Please read through the instructions at georgetownisd.rankone.com prior to filling out the online forms. 

• If you do not see your child or you are having issues accessing the active forms, remove your child and add them back into your parent account. 

• Students new to the district after mid April will not show up in RankOne until after mid July. 

• The training room is closed for the Summer. However, we will review forms periodically and approve/deny them. Please be patient as there is a high volume of forms to review during this time.

Once you visit a physician, you are under the care of that doctor, and we need a note to release you back into athletics. We cannot release you without a note. Please visit File and Handouts to access the file(s) we recommend using when visiting the doctor. It is more tailored for athletics.
