Forbes/Benold Athletic Training

Isabel is a board certified and licensed athletic trainer from Cedar Park, Texas. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training in 2017 from the University of Tulsa and her Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from Concordia University Chicago in 2019. Isabel currently works for Ascension Seton as an outreach athletic trainer for Georgetown ISD. Prior to joining Ascension, Isabel worked at Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado where she was the athletic trainer for the volleyball and men’s and women’s lacrosse teams. She is Graston Technique MI Basic and Dry Needling Level 1 certified. In her free time she likes to do CrossFit, ride her bike, and spend time with her family and dog, Bubba.
