The Georgetown Bipartisan Coalition (GBC) is a group of Independents, Democrats, Republicans working to bridge the divide between students at Georgetown and beyond. We are dedicated to “bridging the divide” through civil dialogue, understanding, and a kind, communal, empathetic community where others can be listened and heard with respect.

GBC drives interpersonal connections and builds relationships across the political spectrum. Our dialogue focused events and intentional progrmming ensure people from all viewpoints are respected and can grow closer.

In addition to individuals, GBC also strives to bring the larger Georgetown community together, taking steps to mitigate the increasing polarization in our political system and to create mutual respect on the hilltop.
Professional Development
Professional Development
Ultimately, GBC seeks to prepare its members for productive careers which demand naviating complex, and ever-changing political waters. Our programming pepares members to become bridge builders in any field.
