How do I log in and submit my sessions? See Hub Overview and Session Submission
I am using a Chromebook, and when I try to log in, I receive an error message - what should I do? Add a 'person' to your Chromebook using your Literations email address by following these steps: Add a person to your Chromebook
I am NOT using a Chromebook, and when I try to log in, I receive an error message - what should I do? If you do not see your Literations email available, click on "Use another account" and sign into your Literations email.
❔ Session Entry FAQs
What if I can not find the RAZ book title to enter my session? Please select "No Book Read" and enter the title into the Progress Notes section.
For 30 days or less, I was a substitute for another volunteer, or I had another volunteer substitute for me. Who should enter the session log for those sessions? Please have the original volunteer enter the session data.
For more than 30 days, I was a substitute for another volunteer, or I had another volunteer substitute for me. Who should enter the session log for those sessions? Please let programsupport@literations.org know, and we will edit the session schedule to have the sub enter the session data for those sessions.
I made a mistake on a submitted session form. What should I do? Please email programsupport@literations.org

How do I enter a Timesheet? See Volunteer Time Entry Tip Sheet
Should I enter time as Prep, Direct, or Training? Coaches do not need to record prep time, only the direct time auto populate from inputting session data.
STLs, SOAs, and coaches do not need to record training time.
STLs and SOAs should record their service time (except session time) under Prep time
