Week Twenty Three - March 8th, 2024
This week the Matilda performance showcased that true inclusive nature of GIS, where all students were able to be part of the cast and crew. It was a truly phenomenal show. Meanwhile, the Tareeqi students have been busy completing a sustainable art project for Ramadan. A huge thank you to Ms. Telma, Ms. Nomah and, of course, the students for their collaboration on this.
Our SDs and ELL students are now in the process of reviewing their Term 2 targets and progress reports will be shared with parents before the end of the term. It is great to see so many progressing towards their goals.
Two weeks to go until International Neurodiversity Awareness Week on the 18th - 22nd March. Our Student Inclusion Committee are working hard on the plans and we are excited to reveal more next week.
