At GIS Model United Nations (GISMUN), dressing professionally is key to making a strong impression. The dress code must be appropriate formal attire. We want all the particiapnts to be dressed formally that would accurately simulate the atmosphere of the real United Nations. Delegates are expected to wear formal business attire that reflects the seriousness and diplomacy of international debate.
For male delegates, this typically includes a suit, dress shirt, tie, and formal shoes.
Female delegates can opt for a business suit, a professional dress, or a blouse paired with tailored pants or a skirt, along with closed-toe shoes.
Remember, your attire not only represents your assigned country but also demonstrates respect for the formal environment of MUN.
