Secretary General

My name is Zaineb Zouaoui. I am extremely delighted and honoured to be this year's secretary general for GISMUN 2025. This conference holds a special place in my heart, and I couldn’t be more excited to welcome you all to what promises to be an inspiring and impactful experience.

Model United Nations has shaped me in so many ways. It’s challenged me to grow, to lead, and to think beyond borders. As you begin your own MUN journey, I encourage you to be bold, to speak up, and to truly engage with the topics and people around you. You never know how one speech, one resolution, or one connection might spark something greater.

I believe in each and every one of you, and I can’t wait to see the brilliance you’ll bring to this year’s conference.

Secretary General

My name is Elisavet Tsoumani, and I am incredibly excited and grateful to be serving as the Secretary General for GISMUN 2025. It’s an honor to be part of a conference that continues to inspire so many students to think critically, collaborate meaningfully, and engage with some of the world’s most pressing issues.

Model United Nations has given me the confidence to speak up, the courage to lead, and the perspective to see challenges as opportunities. Through MUN, I’ve learned that true diplomacy lies in listening, understanding, and working together towards shared goals—even when opinions differ.

I’m so excited to welcome you all to GISMUN 2025, and I can’t wait to see the passion, energy, and ideas you’ll bring to this year’s conference.

Facilitators

Esteemed Delegates! My name is Ms. Helen, and I have the pleasure of facilitating our school's Model United Nations club. I work closely with our passionate student leaders, Elisavet, Zaineb, Yassin and Arham, to guide weekly sessions, foster debate skills, and encourage global-minded thinking. It’s been incredibly rewarding to support our committee as they prepare for our own GIS MUN conference, a milestone that reflects the dedication and growth of our team. I’m proud to be part of a community that values collaboration, critical thinking, and student voice.

Hello! I'm Ms. Rena, and I work closely with our amazing MUN delegates to build their skills in diplomacy, resolution writing, and critical thinking. I’m passionate about creating a space where every student feels heard and supported. It’s been inspiring to watch them prepare for our inaugural internal conference, and I’m proud to be part of their journey into global citizenship.

Honorable chairs and delegates! I'm Ms. Michaela, and I'm thrilled to be part of our school's MUN team. I support our weekly sessions by helping students sharpen their public speaking, research, and debate skills, while encouraging them to engage thoughtfully with global issues. I love watching our delegates grow in confidence and collaboration, and I’m especially excited to see their hard work come to life in our very own GIS conference.
