Dear Leopards,
Our Junior and Mini Leopards programs have come to a close this week, with the last basketball practice and our annual ES swimming awards marking the end of a fantastic term of sports.
All that brings our DAA Sporting Year to a close!

ESM ACTIVITIES
SUMMER CAMPS AT DAA
The ESM Summer Camps will start at GEMS Dubai American Academy from the 1st of July – 16th August 2024 for children aged 4 – 12 years old.
Your children will have a chance to kick back, learn something new and have some fun, while being active indoors taking part in our multi activity camp.
As parents you will have peace of mind that your child is well looked after and enjoying the camp experience.
Please note that the camp activities may change without prior notice and that groups can only take part in 5different activities each day following the camp managers scheduled draft. You can request the daily group schedules from the camp manager via WhatsApp from the Monday onwards.

REGISTRATION
Registration and payment for the Summer Camp is now open and MUST be done online – no walk ins will be accepted.
All new parents are required to create a new account with us if you haven’t done so already.
Places are limited, to avoid disappointment, CLICK HERE to register.
TIMINGS:
Drop off from 8.15 – 8.45am
Activities start from 9.00 – 1.30pm
Pick up from 1.30 – 1.45pm
DISCOUNT
Please do note that only online registrations and payments make you eligible for the weekly discounted rate, there are no discounts on daily bookings.
Register for a full week and receive 15% off (AED765 after discount) weekly bookings.
There will be an additional 10% (AED675 after discount) siblings discount (brothers and sisters only) on weekly bookings for the second, third and fourth child.
Weekly and siblings discount is not valid for daily bookings and there is no discount for the bus service.
BUS SERVICE
Please note that there is a BUS SERVICE available for this camp from STS, it would be for venue specific camps and the closest venue to where you live – please make sure you look at the covered areas below.
We require the bus bookings to be done before every Tuesday afternoon 2pm for the following weeks bookings.
Bus fees are AED250/child/week to the same pick up and drop off area.

ESM Holiday Camp Team
We are excited to share that ESM will host the English Language Learner (ELL) Programme this summer.
The ESM English Language Programme is designed for students aged 4 to 14 whose first language is not English. The programme is designed to provide students with comprehensive language support tailored to their individual needs. Whether your child is a beginner or looking to further enhance their English skills, our experienced GEMS native English speakers will provide personalized instruction to help them succeed. Through engaging activities, interactive lessons, and immersive experiences, your child will build confidence in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension. They will also learn new grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills appropriate to their level of need and ability.

Weekly fee: AED1,575, 5 days, 8:30am-12:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Week 1: 8th - 12th July 2024
Week 2: 15th - 19th July 2024
Week 3: 22nd – 26th July 2024
Week 4: 29th July – 2nd August 2024
Week 5: 5th – 9th August 2024
Week 6: 12th – 16th August 2024
