The Provincial government Ministry of Public Education; independent, charter and faith-based schools all have educational budgets for capital funding. These organizations would want to benefit from the new design opportunities the Pop-Up Modular would provide for the changing needs of their populations. All of these organizations want to attract students, and by offering the most adaptable and advanced settings for learning is the way to increase student populations. Who wouldn't want the schools of the future. Pop up Modular buildings could satisfy the needs and wants of these populations without the rising the cost or using the long time allotments that traditional buildings require. Society, governments and the world communities create push and pull factors which we need to adapt to. Greater access and advancements in technology, environmental concerns, changes in populations in composition and size, and paradigm shifts in what values and thoughts on how and what to teach are every changing.

If you click on the above link you will see that current projects built by The BC government averages around $35 million mark and a time frame of two years for a new build. You will also notice that most of the projects are not new builds, but they are seismic upgrades to existing buildings. A pop-up modular building will deliver in less time and less cost. Modifications can be done if needed to the changing building codes much easier than a traditional brick and mortar school. The supply chain and rising costs of building materials need not influence a build when the time frame is much shorter. Cost and time are two key factors for these organizations to proceed with a project and Pop-Up Modular builds mitigate those issues with their timely and effective management of recourses.
