Megan Parker
Megan Parker is a Civilian Natural Resources Specialist for the Marianas Naval Facilitates Engineering Systems Command, a support service command to Joint Region Marianas. She grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and studied Environmental Science and Conservation Ecology at Mercer University in Macon, GA.
Megan was a Natural Resources Conservation Development Peace Corps Volunteer from 2004 - 2007 in Yap State, FSM and has been in the Pacific Region ever since. She is currently responsible for the Natural Resources Education and Outreach for the NAVFAC Regional Environmental Conservation and Planning team.

Father Eric Forbes, OFM Cap.
Pale' Eric earned a BA in history at San Francisco State University in 1984. He earned his master's of divinity in 1990 from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California.
Pale' Eric is the Capuchin superior for Guam and Hawai`i. Born and raised in Guam, he graduated from Father Duenas Memorial School in 1980. Forbes entered the Capuchin Franciscan Order in 1984 and was ordained a Catholic priest in 1990.
