open "Citation" panel through "Tools" menu (if not already open)
hover over source used
click "Cite" button (will insert parenthetical citation -- might need to add page # for print sources)
Insert bibliography (Works Cited) page
open "Citation" panel through "Tools" menu (if not already open)
Make sure you are on a blank page at end of document (Insert > Break > Page Break OR "Ctrl + Enter")
Click "Insert Works Cited" at bottom of "Citations" panel (inserts properly formatted)
