Overall I'm really happy with how my project is coming along. When I started this project I didn't know how I wanted to look through the lens of languages, but now I'm really happy with what I've learned. Not only have I gotten to put out what I find to be a really cool visual representation of everything I've done, but I've also gotten to learn a lot of the history of etymology and linguistics through the lens of connecting every language. Similar to this case of every human having a common ancestor, I knew that there had to be some common ancestor to every language on this planet, and hopefully one day we can connect Proto-Nostratic and whatever other massive language sub-group(s) are remaining into a decisive language family tree.
