NHMU is open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily and from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. Onsite volunteer roles are limited and require training on current safety procedures; please check with your supervisor about volunteering onsite. Volunteers may enter the building at the Group Entrance on the north side of the building on Level 2; those doors open at 10:00 a.m. Please coordinate with your supervisor if you need to access the building outside of public hours.Â
Volunteers are welcome to visit the Museum as guests free of charge; we recommend reserving tickets in advance online.
