Volunteer will input this information into an online database, analyze the data, and follow outlined protocols to report any problem pests to staff.
Training Required: All new IPM volunteers will receive on the job training, including a walk-through of building trap locations, a trap-collection schedule, an overview of pest management software, and pest identification.
Shift times: We will determine a set schedule based on the availability of the volunteer and the supervisor, but we request that in the beginning the work take place within standard business hours, M-F 8-5.
Time Commitment: A minimum of 2 hours per week is requested for a duration of six months, with potential for a further six-month term.
