Leveraging Technology
Refers to the level of control, autonomy, and power that a student experiences in a learning experience. It can be manifested through goal setting and feedback cycles, input in assessment and instruction decisions and opportunities for advocacy. Students communicate their learning with parents, teachers and peers. They are aware of their own needs and strengths, persist in the face of challenges, know how to access resources, and are self regulated in their learning.
