The GCDS Upper School is a community where every student is known, valued, and included. A drive for innovation and the importance of meaningful traditions are the threads that unite our community. Upper School learners develop the social and cultural literacies to collaborate in a complex, diverse world. In partnership with a dedicated faculty, students take the lead in building affinity groups, clubs, and student events to cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and joyful school.
The Community Life team encourages students to engage with their passions outside of the classroom through school sponsored events. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and our students are encouraged to work together to honor traditions that unite all of our students, from Nursery to Twelfth Grade.
