Once students move up to our KINDERGARTERN classroom, we introduce them to some online resources. This allows us to personalize academic progress and ensures that students learn to navigate technology properly for educational purposes, which they will need for subsequent grade levels. We ensure that students do not exceed 20 minutes per day, well under WHO guidelines.

Then, scroll down, for a few YouTube videos which we highly reccomend if you'd like to practice key skills & concepts at home (students love these).
Research shows that the number of senses engaged while learning influences the speed at which the content or skills are aquired. Using academically-accurate videos is an excellent way to ensure that students enjoy practicing and reduces the number of times they need to hear the information to aquire it--because it uses 3-4 senses every time!
We find that many "educational" YouTube accounts are not run by educators who we would trust to share accurate and effective videos, so please be selective. If you do not want to worry about evaluating each channel--you can be confident that literally anything Jack Hartman makes is excellent. It may be cringe--but kids love it, and he is a well-respected educator who teaches every concept properly.
