The Concert Band consists of all 7th grade band students. This group will perform at band concerts as well as the IMEA Festival & Clinic in the Spring. The primary focus of the ensemble is to further develop the skills learned in Beginning Band and perform more challenging repertoire. Select students in the Intermediate Band also have the opportunity to participate in the IBA All-Region Honor Band. Concert Band students are more involved in the Band career and are encouraged to participate in the Solo & Ensemble Festival.

The 7th grade students use the Essential Elements Book 2 as their method book in class.
