Cisco Systems (CSCO) is the largest company in the networking and communications devices industry. As of June 2020 Cisco had a market cap of $194.94 billion. Part of Cisco's global IT platform is the Cisco Networking Academy.

The Cisco Networking Academy prepares students for the industry-recognized CCNA certification examination. Individuals who pass this examination can anticipate launching a rewarding journey in Information Technology. Academy courses are delivered by Cisco certified instructors who put theory and hands-on experience into practice, and whose focus is on the development and demonstration of critical and highly sought after  IT skills such as: 

• Installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting routers, switches and firewalls

• Configuring and modify routing, switching and security protocols

• Setting IP addresses for Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs)
