Presenters are requested to prepare their presentations professionally and follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and effective session experience.
Oral presentations should be well-structured, concise, and engaging. Presenters are encouraged to clearly communicate the purpose, methodology, major findings, and significance of their research.
Each oral presentation will be allotted 7 minutes, followed by 2–3 minutes for questions and discussion.
Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF format.
The opening slide must include the title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), and email address of the presenting author.
Use readable fonts, appropriate visuals, and limited text to maintain clarity and audience engagement.
Presenters are advised to submit their presentation file in advance.
All presenters should report to their respective track venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled track begins.
Session chairs will ensure smooth time management, and presenters are expected to strictly adhere to the allotted time.
Poster presentations should present the research in a visually clear, concise, and attractive format that allows for effective interaction with participants and evaluators.
Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation.
The recommended poster size is 48×36 inches (4×6 feet ).
The poster must include the title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), and contact details of the presenting and corresponding author.
Content should be arranged in a clear sequence, such as abstract, introduction, objectives, methodology, results, conclusion, references, and acknowledgement as applicable.
Text should be concise and large enough to be read comfortably from a distance.
Figures, charts, tables, and images should be used to improve readability and visual presentation.
Presenters must remain available near their posters during the designated poster session for discussion and evaluation.
Posters should be displayed and removed according to the schedule communicated by the conference organizers.
The posters will be printed at the author's end.
