The abstract should be written as one single paragraph and must provide a concise summary of the research paper, including background, objectives, methodology, key results, and conclusion.
Word limit: 250-300 words.
Keywords are mandatory (maximum of six) and should be written in lowercase, except for proper nouns and scientific names, and separated by commas.
Do not include subheadings, bullets, lists and header/footer in the abstract.
Abstract titles should be short, clear and descriptive. Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
Acronyms should be written in full the first time, mentioned in the text, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
SI Units must ne used throughout.
Scientific names must be in Italic.
Use a negative exponent (g. kgm-3) and do not indicate units as divisions (e.g. kg/m 3).
Chemical formulae should be written in a standard form such as “CaCO3”, not as “CaCO3”. Use a zero before decimal points, such as “0.45,” not “.45.”
There shall be no citations or references in the abstract specifically. If there is a need to cite references, please provide the sources in brackets.

AFFILIATIONS
Author name (s) and affiliation in subsequent lines as central alignment with the font size 10.
Affiliations should be indicated with superscript Arabic numbers appearing at the end of the surname/family name.
A superscript asterisk (*) should be used for the corresponding author
Names of affiliations should be given, including department, institution, and country.
If there is more than one author and affiliations, they should be related by superscript numbers.
Example:- Surname INITIALS1, Surname INITIALS1* and Surname INITIALS2

Abstracts must present original work.
Submissions should reflect the authors’ own research and writing, and must not include plagiarized, recycled, or non-authentic content.
The abstract must be written in clear, technical, and grammatical English.
Please indicate one to three most relevant themes for your abstract from the conference tracks.
A brief biography should be submitted along with your abstract (an example is provided in the abstract template).
Please DOWNLOAD the abstract template and follow the prescribed format carefully. Abstracts must be submitted as an MS Word document (.doc or .docx).
Submissions that do not conform to the guidelines will be returned for revision.
Abstracts received after the stated deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances, irrespective of the reason for late submission.
Authors are advised to carefully review the abstract template and submission requirements before uploading their documents. Only properly formatted submissions received before the deadline will be considered for review.
