There are 5 positions we regularly use in school to make our bodies stronger.

Strong Gorilla

Sitting tall with legs crossed and hands placed on knees.

Strong Penguin

Standing tall and balanced with hands by sides.

Strong Meerkat

Kneeling up tall with knees and feet together and hands by sides.

Strong Lizard

Lay on tummy, elbows in line with shoulders and legs out straight.

Stone Lion

On hands and knees, knees and feet together and a strong straight back.
