Enrolled college students of ADNU are automatic members of their respective co-curricular departments and organizations. Part of the assessment, present in a student's matriculation form, is an organization fee. This fee is utilized by the organization in support of the members' holistic formation through conduct of relevant, student-centered events.
Currently enrolled students of ADNU are free to join or establish extracurricular organizations based on their interest or advocacies. These organizations annually submit requirements to be recognized as official ADNU college student organizations.
Institutional offices are free to form their own student volunteer pool or arm which will assist them in the conduct of their activities and at the same time help in the development of students as individuals. These organizations annually submit requirements to be recognized as official ADNU college student organizations.
Institutional college student groups and councils do not need to go through the recognition process, given that they have set roles inside the university. They are, like all other student organizations, are moderated by ADNU staff, faculty, or employee related to their mandate.
