PUBLISHER CONTENT SET UP
All Educators are responsible for working with their publishing representatives to ensure they have their accounts set up, their content integrated into the Learning Management System (Canvas), and trouble shooting any problems with the publisher content with the representative or publisher customer service.

INTEGRATIONS FOR PUBLISHER CONTENT
The CTLED is responsible for the integration portion of publisher content. What this means is we work with the educator and publishing representative to ensure the integration is safe and does not cause undue harm to our students by accessing or using their personal information.
Once you have decided on a textbook/publisher content that you will be using with the Learning Management System (Canvas) you will need to complete a Privacy & Security PSQ form with your representative. Once this form is completed, return it the the CTLED at ctl@gatewaycc.edu so it can be routed to Legal Counsel for review and approval. This process takes time, several weeks, so plan ahead!
Upon approval, the CTLED can then work with the educator and the publishing representative to install the LTI within Canvas.
