Our dear sister in Christ entered eternal life on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026.  

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 11 AM, in the Fredlock & Fenner Funeral Homes, P.A.-Oakland Chapel, 21 N. 2nd St., Oakland. 

A celebration of life will be held immediately after the memorial service at the Donald M. Browning, Sr. Social Hall at Southern Garrett County Rescue Squad, 200 Baltimore Avenue, Oakland.  

A Mass of Intention is scheduled in loving memory of Connie at 4PM at St. Peter at the Lake, McHenry, on March 14, 2026.
