Volunteer Opportunities

Get Involved — We’d Love Your Help!

The GVES HSA is 100% volunteer-run, and everything we do is made possible by parents, guardians, families, and community members who give their time to support our school. Whether you have an hour to spare or want to take on a bigger role, there’s a way for everyone to get involved!

Volunteer opportunities are available throughout the year and can fit a variety of schedules. Help at a one-time event like the Color Run, Book Fair, School Store, Community Day, or Winter Dance, volunteer with programs like Mileage Club, Creative Oasis, or Lunch Buddies, serve as a Homeroom Parent or Class Photographer, join a committee, or even lead a program you’re passionate about.

Some opportunities happen during the school day, while others take place in the evenings or can be handled behind the scenes from home, like designing Yearbook pages. You don’t have to make a huge time commitment to make a difference. Even volunteering for one event helps us provide more programs, activities, and experiences for our GVES students.

Volunteering is also a great way to meet other GVES families, get to know our school community, and be part of the fun!

Want to get involved? Keep an eye out for volunteer sign-ups throughout the year, attend an HSA meeting, or reach out to the GVES HSA and let us know what interests you. We’d love to have you!
