Mission Statement

The Concord Elementary Home and School Association’s mission is to facilitate opportunities that enrich the learning environment of our children through fundraising activities and general support of faculty, staff, and administration. The HSA complements and assists to coordinate the direction and goals of the school. We strive to realize our school’s vision "a community of students, families and staff dedicated to supporting our students to reach their social, emotional and academic potential in a safe, caring and inclusive learning environment."

Dear Concord Elementary Families,

Welcome back to school! The Concord Home and School Association (HSA) hopes everyone had a great summer and is as excited as we are for an amazing school year! For those of you who are new to our school or unfamiliar with the HSA, we wanted to introduce you to the role that the HSA plays in the school. The HSA is an inclusive group of dedicated volunteers who help fundraise and plan educational, community service, and social experiences and programs for students and families.

The HSA at CES is an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. It consists of a team of parents who volunteer their time, talents, and enthusiasm to achieve the organization’s mission. The HSA operates under bylaws and its mission to maintain tax-exempt status. Whether you have a single hour in a single day/evening or the entire school year, there is an opportunity to participate in your child’s school environment. We welcome new ideas, new energy, and any comments or suggestions that will facilitate our objectives!
