Cradles to Crayons Collection - January 6th through February 7th

Throughout January, the BSES Helping Hands Club will collect items for Cradles to Crayons Philadelphia. Please take the opportunity to consider what you might be able to donate to this great cause! Check out the flyer for information about what Cradles to Crayons can and cannot accept:

All Cans on Deck for Ronald McDonald House!

UPDATE: Bethel Springs’ Helping Hands Club headed to the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware on Monday, December 9th, and delivered this past year’s collection of aluminum can tabs during their visit. The House recycles the tabs to generate funds to offset general operating costs. By collecting and submitting tabs, we help care for families who stay at the House each year. Thank you for your help!

Candy for Philadelphia Treats for Troops

UPDATE: The Helping Hands Club and the Bethel Springs Elementary School community collected more than 11 BOXES OF CANDY for the troops! These boxes were handed off to Plank'd Fitness on Monday, November 5th for delivery to Philadelphia Treats for Troops. The treats, as well as special letters to our servicemen and women from the Helping Hands participants, will be dispersed to soldiers at home and abroad.
