What is the i3 program?
i3 (Innovation in Instruction) is a district-wide, teacher based program, that scaffolds 21st-century learning skills for teachers. i3 teachers design, develop, and deliver professional learning sessions for Garland ISD teachers. Learning sessions enhance digital learning, and align with the district monthly goals to support digital integration.

One of the core goals of the i3 program is to build a culture of shared learning. By creating blog posts, videos or podcasts, i3s spotlight tools and strategies that have worked in their own classrooms โ making it easier for others to try something new without starting from scratch.
