The AVID Site Team is a voluntary team of administrators, the AVID Coordinator, counselors, teachers, and others who work together to close the gap and provide college and career readiness by implementing WICOR strategies school wide.
What is the AVID Site Team Plan?
The AVID Site Team is tasked with creating yearly goals that align with the AVID Coaching and Certification Instrument (CCI). These goals are school wide and validated each year in a CCI presentation that recertifies Austin Academy as an AVID school.
