SCHOOL COUNCIL

Central Park P.S.'s school council is actively involved in supporting student achievement through the school plan for continuous improvement. The school council meets on a monthly basis. Parents and community members are always welcome to attend the monthly meetings, join committees, or share comments/suggestions at any time. The present School Advisory Council works within a fixed constitution and contributes significant financial support to enhance school programs. Those wishing to serve on the School Council as chair/co-chair, secretary, or treasurer need to complete the Nomination form FOR-SchoolCouncilNomination. Those seeking a position must be in attendance at the first meeting. It is expected that School Council voting members attend all regularly scheduled School Council meetings.

Please note that there can be many parents and guardians, who consistently attend School Council Meetings and strongly support School Council events, who are not executive members. Everyone is welcome to attend and support the work of the school. Simply come out and lend a hand!
