5:15pm - Depart hotel for UWC Dover.
5:45pm - Welcome / Opening Ceremony (main hall)
6:00pm - Coaches meeting at UWC Dover (multi purpose hall).
6:00pm - Athlete entertainment (main hall).
6:30pm - Bon appetit.
8:15pm - Buses depart back to hotel. 

Friday | March 17th 2023
5:30am onwards - Breakfast at Park Royal Hotel.
6:45am - First departure of buses leave Park Royal Hotel to UWC Dover.
8:15am - Second departure of buses leave Park Royal Hotel to UWC Dover.
8:30am - 1st round of games to start*
10:00am - 2nd round of games to start*
11.30am - 3rd round of games to start*
11:30am - Lunch buffet opens (Tent Plaza)
1:00pm - 4th round of games to start*
2:30pm - Lunch buffet closes (Tent Plaza)
2:30pm - 5th round of games to start*
2:30pm - First departure of buses leave UWC Dover to Park Royal Hotel*
4:00pm - 6th round of games to start*
5:30pm - Second departure of buses leave UWC Dover to Park Royal Hotel*
8:30pm - Cut off time for any delays in schedule due to weather.

7:15am - First departure of buses leave Park Royal Hotel to UWC Dover.
8:30am - 1st round of games to start*
8:45am - Second departure of buses leave Park Royal Hotel to UWC Dover.
10:00am - 2nd round of games to start*

11:30am - Lunch buffet opens (Upper Pavilion Canteen).
12:45pm - 30 minute break.
1:15pm - 1st round of semi-finals to start*
2:30pm - Lunch buffet closes (Upper Pavilion Canteen).
2:45pm - 2nd round of semi-finals to start*
4:15pm - 3rd round of semi-finals to start*
6pm - Departure of buses from UWC Dover to Park Royal Hotel*

9:30am - 2nd round of finals to start*

1pm - Departure of buses from UWC Dover to Changi Airport.
