Note: You must do this first as you will need Microsoft Authenticator installed in order to do task 2.
Task 2: Set up Google:

If you don’t have a mobile phone or cannot access your phone to do MFA, please follow the steps below to get some temporary access codes:
Go to see a member of the LRC helpdesk team in person
Present your ID card to provide proof of identity, and ask for some MFA codes to be created – specify if you need codes for Microsoft, Google or both
The LRC staff member will send an email to request that codes are created
The MFA codes will be created and emailed to your personal email address
It may take 5-10 minutes for the codes to be created and emailed to you so please allow some time
