What to Do if Things Go Wrong

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with anything at the College, we will do everything possible to resolve it. In the first instance please talk to your progress tutor, course tutors or Head. If you wish to make an individual complaint about any issue that you feel cannot be dealt with through any of the above processes, or if you are not satisfied with the way your comments have been dealt with please use the formal complaints procedure.
