What is personal development?
There are 5 areas of personal development which are key to our Health and meeting our personal goals, these also overlap into all aspects of our life. If you can understand and recognise these factors this will support your well being and help you to live a productive life and to be fruitful.
Mental
Social
Spiritual
Emotional
Physical
Think of these as 5 tanks, this thought process can be applied towards our overall well-being. Each person has a fuel tank with a certain capacity, eg, if we drain our emotional tank as we give our energy to work, our families, and other responsibilities this can impact another area.
Each person has to output a part of their tank to make progress, maintain stability, or create change in their lives. Below is a scan to identify the areas of your tanks and how are you doing with this.

What is Mental Health:
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Over the course of your life, if you experience mental health problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including:
Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry
Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse
Family history of mental health problems
