6th/7th (age 13) Attend own IEP Meeting (Understand why they have an IEP)

8th (age 14) Attend own IEP Meeting (Share interests in academics, careers, rec/leisure, and/or social.)

9th (age 15) Attend own IEP Meeting (Share interests in academics, careers, rec/leisure, and/or social. Also discusses their strengths, needs and/or elective possibilities)

10th (age 16) Attend own IEP Meeting (share interests in academics, careers, rec/leisure, and social. Also discusses their strengths, needs, elective possibilities and accommodations needed to be successful)

11th (age 17) Attend own IEP Meeting (Share interests in academics, careers, rec/leisure, and/or social. Also discusses their strengths, needs, elective possibilities and accommodations needed to be successful)

12th (age 18-21) Attend own IEP Meeting & Participate in Summary of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance Interview (Share interests in academics, careers, rec/leisure, and/or social. Also discusses their strengths, needs, elective possibilities and accommodations needed to be successful)
