This site was created and is mantained by Doreen Milot. I am the Secondary Transition Educational Consultant at Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29. I have provided you with the Transition Assessment Planning presentation, a wide variety of assessments related to each post-secondary goal, and other support resources.
