This site was created and is mantained by Doreen Milot. I am the Secondary Transition Educational Consultant at Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29. I have provided you with the Transition Assessment Planning presentation and support resources from the fall 2022 sessions that were held at Schuylkill IU 29.
