Start with scarves, plastic bags, kleenex, or other "floaty" type object. After you can juggle these light, floaty objects, then you can move on to balls.

Learn the basics of the "3 Ball Cascade" juggling. Do not move ahead to try other tricks until you can master the cascade juggling. This will take hours of practice, show some patience, you will make mistakes, that is how you will get better. The "3 Ball Cascade" will be the foundation for future tricks and it will be an amazing feeling and satisfaction once you have developed the muscle memory and mastered it.
Use any 3 objects you have at home, such as scarves, hacky sacks, tennis balls, rocks, cuties(oranges), baseballs, rolled up socks, etc.

Begin by using a light, floaty object like a balloon or gallon zip lock bag filled with air. If that is easy, then progress to a hack sack or hacky sack like object like the home made rice balls I showed you how to make. Rolled up socks will work too.
Practice to improve your coordination and body awareness.
