Where to Submit — ICET² 2025

All submissions to ICET² 2025 must be made electronically through the official Conference Management Tool (CMT) portal. Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts according to the specified format and ensure that all required details are included before submission.

Steps for Submission:

1. Create / Log in to your CMT Account
   
   

   • Visit the CMT portal link.
     
     

   • Create a new account if you are a first-time user, or log in with your existing credentials.
     
     

2. Select the Appropriate Track
   
   

   • Choose the track that best matches the theme and topic of your paper.
     
     

   • Tracks are listed in the Call for Papers section.
     
     

3. Prepare Your Paper
   
   

   • Use the official IEEE conference template (Word or LaTeX).
     
     

   • Ensure your paper is in PDF format with embedded fonts.
     
     

   • Follow the page limits and guidelines specified in the Submission Guidelines section.
     
     

4. Upload Your Manuscript
   
   

   • Upload the prepared PDF file to the CMT portal.
     
     

   • Fill in all required metadata, including title, abstract, keywords, and author details.
     
     

5. Confirm Submission
   
   

   • Review all entered details before finalizing.
     
     

   • Click Submit and note your Paper ID for future correspondence.
     
     

Important Notes:

• Only papers submitted via the official CMT portal will be considered.
  
  

• The submission deadline is 10 September 2025.
