Paper Registration Requirement: Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered with a full author registration and the paper must be presented at the conference.
Co-Author Registration: Co-authors who wish to attend or receive a certificate must register as Attendees and pay the applicable fee.
Payment Tracking: Retain a copy of the transaction ID provided by your bank/payment gateway for reference.
Payment Proof Submission: Email proof of payment along with your Paper ID and registration confirmation number to ketan.sarvakar@ganpatuniversity.ac.in.
Taxes & Charges: Registration fees exclude GST. An additional 18% GST and any payment gateway charges will be applicable at the time of payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Inclusions: Registration includes a conference kit (proceedings CD, conference bag, pen, notepad), conference certificate, and refreshments (high tea/coffees and lunch) at the venue.
TA/DA: No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be provided to any delegate.
