Short papers / poster abstracts: Up to 2 pages.
Anonymous Review & Plagiarism:
ICET² uses double-blind peer review. Remove author names, affiliations, and obvious self-identifying information from the submitted manuscript. Do not cite your own work in a way that reveals identity (use neutral phrasing like “Author, 20XX” during review).
Submitted papers must be original and not under review elsewhere. Plagiarism or duplicate submission will result in rejection.
Submission Content:
Each submission must include:
Title and abstract (150–250 words).
Full manuscript in PDF following the template.
Keywords (3–6).
A short cover note (in the CMT comments) stating if the paper is a regular paper, short paper, or poster.
Review Process:
All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.
Decisions: Accept, Accept with Minor Revisions, Major Revision (conditional), or Reject.
Authors of accepted papers must submit a camera-ready version and complete the author registration by the stated deadline for inclusion in the proceedings.
Camera-Ready Submission & Copyright:
Upon acceptance, authors must upload the camera-ready PDF using the provided template and sign any required copyright or publishing forms (details will be provided with the acceptance email).
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference; otherwise the paper will be excluded from the proceedings.
Presentation Formats:
Oral presentation (regular paper) — allocated time will be communicated with the acceptance.
Poster sessions — allocated slots and poster size requirements will be provided to accepted poster authors.
Online presentation options may be available upon request; notify the organizers in advance.
Publication:
Accepted and registered papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Details about indexing (IEEE Xplore / Scopus / UGC CARE, if applicable) and journal special issues (if any) will be announced on the conference website.
Ethics & Research Integrity:
Authors must adhere to ethical standards in reporting research. Any conflicts of interest, human-subject approvals, or funding acknowledgements should be declared.
