We’re committed to keeping families of our students informed and connected with their child(ren)’s school experience. As part of that commitment, we want to share an important update about the tools we use to communicate with you. Over the past few years, our staff have used a variety of platforms to stay in touch with families, including Infinite Campus, Google Classroom, Hilton email, and phone calls. In the 2023–2024 school year, we also introduced Remind, a messaging tool designed for schools. In November 2023, ParentSquare—another school communication platform—acquired Remind. As a result, we’ll be making a gradual transition to ParentSquare. What This Means for You For the 2025–2026 school year, both Remind and ParentSquare will be available for use. This gives our staff and families time to get comfortable with ParentSquare while still using Remind if needed. During this transition year, teachers and coaches will have the flexibility to choose either platform based on what works best for their communication needs. Beginning in the 2026–2027 school year, ParentSquare will become the district’s primary communication platform, alongside the tools you’re already familiar with (Infinite Campus, Google Classroom, Hilton email, and phone calls). ParentSquare offers all the features you’ve come to expect from Remind—and more. It’s designed to make communication easier, more consistent, and more accessible for all families. What’s Next? We’ll be sharing ParentSquare login information, helpful guides, and support resources for the start of the 2025–2026 school year to help you get started.
